It's a weird thing. Some people won't use pepper, but they'll have three spoons of english mustard on a salt beef sandwich. Colemans actually did tone down their recipe a few years ago - but it's that kind of 'wasabi/horseraddish' heat that punches you in the sinuses rather than hot sauce heat that just scorches your mouth?
