ChatGPT4 is lying about using camera during voice chat

I checked how chat GPT4 with voice support works and realised that during our conversation the camera is on. When I asked for response Chat told that he doesn’t use camera and it might be phone issues. I asked my wife to check on her phone and it was the same situation. Camera is on and response was that ChatGPT doesn’t use camera.
