In the event face fixing was required through the batten part what would you use to putty/bog up the hole?

We wouldn't recommend this as we would advise to use our colour coded screws. We would also advise to screw on the portion between the battens rather than directly through.

how do i cover the holes when cladding is installed for example window sill
