You can order this online from online sites as mentioned in the video. Most of the times customs don't apply ( Depends on Luck) but even if it's applied it would not be a small amount

Paid 200 rs to helmet guy for installation... But job done was awsome by him.... Using this device on my duke 390 bs6 and its awesome..... Call voice is awsome without any disturbance.... Also music quality is good.... Only you will not get bass beats but trust me its super awsome

Can we simultaneously connect multiple users? or it's mono channel?
V6 is mono channel and v4 is conference device
In V6 you can connect 6 device but you can chat only two at a time
But in V4 you can connect 4 device and you can conference too
