    I don't think I ever enjoyed this much listening to other's sharing, except with you.

      YOu need to work on asking them a questions to get them excited. E.g. " Imagine you were to retire tomorrow, would you like that?"

    Hello Dr. Sanjay, I'm new in the industry, I want to prospect small business owners but I don't know the right way to approach them, how can you advise me with that?

      Really depends on the business size and the structure of the company. If you're talking about proper business insurance then it is not something I can advice in a few sentence. That is why I organised the big case closer.
      If you're new, I suggest you focus first on the 4 types of products.
