For our More Perfect Union series, Elaine Quijano reports on the bond between a f5-year-old girl living with the muscular disorder cerebral palsy and a fitness coach teaching her that her diagnosis doesn't have to slow her down.

This is genuinely moving to me. "You're the best, Steph!" 😭 I mean....... so precious!
This one hit me. Steph mentioned a scene I have experienced too. A woman shouted at me, while my husband was pushing the wheelchair,
" You've got a lovely husband!" And I smiled and yelled back, "Yeah, I know!" And while we were still at a distance to clearly hear them, she told her spouse, "Wow, he easily could have a healthy one." I found myself crying at a busy bus station. And revisiting this, it still aches somewhat. Of course he is lucky to have such a wonderful wife too. I hope more representation of interabled couples will help normalise this in the public eye.
I know how you feel, people often dont understant that we are so much more than our disabilities.
It is just one small thing in us,we have so much to give,have so much to love..
