He's just collecting large stacks of runes for fun.
He has every piece of equipment you could ever ask for and is now just collecting various expensive items/large stacks.
He collected one of every 3rd age item(they are among the rarest and most expensive items in the game, yet they are bested in their "areas of expertise" by many other cheaper items - so just flex items), so now he's pooling his profits from PVM into various 10 million rune stacks

Kinda wild to me that i know people with full-time jobs and families who have more clog slots than a dude whose entire job and most his life revolves around osrs. I dont know if its more an observation of the element of rng within the game, or the ability to optimize clog slots if you choose to make that your goal.

He'd be 5-10% richer if he just had the patience to wait the 10-20 seconds each day to just attempt to sell mid-price. Or just leave them in the ge from the night before. I'm assuming he has like 10-15b bank so around 1b richer for 30 seconds a day.
Pretty sure he has a 3rd age pick which is like 12b+ at this point or even more. Wouldn't be surprised if his bank is 30b+ so a few extra mil probably won't make much difference.
