Looks like most people saw through the manipulated prices for this set and they didn't stick very long. I do think everyone is realizing just how hard the golds and SIRs are to pull so those cards are holding pretty well. A lot of people were turned off by the fact that they're new mons and not exactly fan faves but c'mon... the art on those SIRs is GORGEOUS! They did a great job showcasing the new Paradox mons. That said, I think a ton of decline will still happen. Ultimately collections are mostly filled with popular mons and I don't see many willing to shell out current prices for the top chases here.

Are you looking for particular products? Costco and Sam's have their bundles and I can usually find at least ETBs at Barnes. It is weird how they're not cranking out more stuff in general for 151. It has to be their best selling S&V set yet.
I struggle with the grading or not question. So far most cards from S&V I wouldn't risk it, unless it's something you know is a 10 for sure and you want for personal collection. I think the 6 SIR Pokemon would look cool in PSA 10 slabs, but also think the cost of PSA 10's of them will drop enough to not warrant the risk of trying to submit for one. There's no harm in holding them, protecting them and seeing what the market does and if they're worth it to grade in the future, if your goal is just flipping for profit.
honestly with the price gouging and market manipulation, next set im just gonna buy the entire set in singles and still save money compared to buying 4 booster boxes and still not get everything
Bought 60 packs off a guy and my friend paid me for half and we cracked 30 each. Of course the man pulled Raging Bolt SIR i was pissed. Atleast I got the Deerling and Sawsbuck. If i had jsut stuck to my guns and told him to buy his own packs Id have the Raging Bolt lol
Awe man, ya, I would be secretly so bummed. If his 30 packs was like $90, you could just buy the Raging Bolt 😊. It's down to around $65 and I think it will go lower.
Anyone who bought gastly at 40$+ i have a beach property in Wyoming for you the card was 12$ and then was sold out for like literally 5 minutes on the 2nd day of release and 1 person listed it at that price even if you had the absolute worst pull rates you can pull this card in 2½ boxes so dumb
What's with the weird names on the Pokémon cards , did they give up trying to name them? Roaring moon lol I have a fake Venusaur named "frog flower" I fear I will see the day that will be a real Pokémon, and people will buy it up like it's some sort of amazing product lol
I’m enjoying it. Bought a single booster box and it’s loaded. Only opened 12 packs out of the 36 and already pulled 4 double rares, 2 IR’s, 2 full arts of which it was the gengar and iron crown so the most valuable and the most expensive card in the set, iron crown SIR.

Opened one booster box and one etb, probably just gonna buy singles from here on to complete the set
