The idea of thinking about all the time you spent being sad over things, which don't matter in the long run and therefore wasting your time is so true! When I'm sad or angry I try to think "Is it helpful to be sad/angry about this? Do I benefit in any way from it, when I'm continuing to feel that way?" And don't get me wrong, I think it's important to feel angry or sad about some things, but sometimes one can't get over an issue and that's not healthy. I hope whoever is reading this has a lovely day and if you're upset about something just ask yourself: Does this matter in a year or two? Lots of love from Germany

He seems to brood about incidents which happened to me way back when I was a child in elementary, intermediate, and high school thinking that I would do these things now and I hate that. I think it's unlikely that Vee will be able to answer that, not being a professional. What I would say, is I would HIGHLY recommend counselling and trauma healing courses. They can move you on and help you to live a better life.

Just looking at you and hearing your voice, seeing emotions in your face (absolutely EVERY emotion is acceptoble in eyeryones live; beeing sad is important to our humanity; who would you be if you couldn't feel every emotion, even the worse or the most stupid in some situations) reminds me that someday people like you will sourround me.
