All nice and cool but why show a combo route with the one card in the entire deck that's limited? why not show a combo route with like, the most common card you're likely to have in your opening hand?
Been trying to find ways of getting into caesar first, and the only way to do that is by not using shyama's special summon effect. Berserk archfiend is an unsearchable 1 of, but combined with any unchained monster or trap, it's a caesar. Then you'd have to figure out if you can combo, but it at least lets you get to caesar at some point before 5 summons. So at this point, does berserk archfiend start to sound more like a 3 of? Idk, I haven't tested it because I never thought Berserk archfiend was good enough, but I am definitely going to reconsider! Have you thought about bringing it to 3? Or have you tested this at all? What do you think overall of the card?
I tried and tried and tried, and berserker archfiend is just too bricky it could be used as a 2 of but i just felt like i would brick too much on it, but also it only works if you play unchained monster heavy like this build so that it has good targets to destroy. getting into caeser before 5 is just impossible unless you open a 4 card combo somehow and when that happens you are just hand looping yourself, which is why i like the apollousa line
@@shadytcg Tour Guide makes this a 3 card combo instead of 4, Tour Guide summoning a twin like Rakea + Berserker makes a 2 card combo similar to Tour + Sharvara where you can play through Nibiru. While it's not comparable to how it was with 3 Sharvara it's better than not running Berserker at all. Note that this doesn't work like regular Unchained effects, it has a nice wording for a change SS itself then destroying so you can cheat this out by destroying 1 body if needed (for example CL2 Sharvara in hand)
but you can summon disaster from the hand, if you draw into it the combo is the exact same because you summon him from a monster effect, the monsters can summon from hand or deck, its just unlucky that you go -1 but that is the same as a shyama in hand

the reasoning for playing disaster and go for an apo line instead of playing a second shyama and do the same lines as before is that disaster is incredibly strong into the fire decks and so i wanted to be prepared for going both first and second and not just playing for going first all the time, it may seem like its hard to open into an apo line but you have sharvara+prison+contract+prosperity(10 cards) to go into it and you also can do it sometimes with berserker but its a little bit harder
the disaster gives me better grind game and better chance going second against the fire decks, i was debating between maining 2nd shyama and siding disaster or maining disaster and it just made more sense to be better prepared for the snake-eyes match up

Man i want to main diaster but he being in my hand just feel awkard 😢 atleast you can discard shyama and it still useful in the gravey

So been wanting to build unchained, and so far love this build
what do you mean you favored apo line becuase with that build you can only go apo line if you start with sharv or contract (harder to do)
