If they remove the Riverboat Ride and Tom Sawyers Island I will never visit WDW again. These Attractons were particular favorites of Walt Disney and to remove them is and insult to his memory. Tom Sawyer Island was a peaceful place where you could get away from the noise and the crowds and just relax for a while. The Riverboat is another relaxing Attraction with beautiful views. Walt Disney purchased over 27,000 acres to build WDW. He purchased that much land so he would have room for future expansion (unlike Disneyland). There is no reason (except greed) to remove existing attractions to build new Attractions or Lands. It is most costly to build on new land rather than use the exisiting footprint where the land has already been prepared for construction. Using new land would require a costly enviromental impact study and an expensive conversion of former orange groves and swamp land into usable land.
I will miss both. The island is a very unique place for a theme park. And it’s not attached to any recent movies which is good. But you know, Walt did say his parks would always be changing, always in a state of becoming. And villains land doesn’t sound all that bad. Let’s hope they get it right.
Thanks for watching! In this video, I asked you to share which Disney World attraction needs a refurbishment. For me, it's Journey Into Imagination with Figment. I love Figment but he deserves better. How is it that Disney overlooked this attraction when it was overhauling Epcot? I hope something is announced soon - and bring back Dreamfinder! What's on your list?
I’m going to rethink my future one day visit to MK when my family visits Universal Studios. Maybe I’ll spend a day at Sea World instead. Disney isn’t impressing me these days.
Wow magic kingdom will be a skip next year. Btmr leaves a big hole esp w for us tianas no longer a must ride as splash was. And wo the rivers a lot of charm and scenery gone. Mk may look a lot like epcot did for years. Hope the renovations are more worth it than communicore.
Me: I'm going to wait to go to Disney when they stop closing everything, stop with all the construction, and wait till it's all done. Everyone: you're gonna be waiting a longgggggg time 😂
Sorry but I’m wearing a tinfoil hat. A big part of Disney’s business is their pay to skip the line services. Bear with me and keep in mind that their endgame is always greater profits. They are replacing non fast pass attractions with attractions that will generate revenue through individual fast pass sales. This also works 2 fold because reducing the number of attractions increases wait times and people would rather pay more money than wait in long lines(especially with young kids). I’ve seen this first hand. I’ve taken my family to Disney every year for 7 years and I’ve taken them to other theme parks around the USA. Something I noticed right away is the very first ride we chose that the line barely moved. But I quickly noticed that the reason it wasn’t was because they were mainly letting people who paid for fast passes on the ride. If not for that the wait would have been half as long. Universal for example has a skip the line offer but I only think it’s necessary during busy a time and only for 2 or 3 rides. That was the last time I didn’t pay for the skip the line service. It’s all set up that way very much like Las Vegas or Target is designed to get people to spend money.
just the idea of going to Disney, spending all that money to go to the park, just to play an overpriced carnival game is offensive; get rid of it and be done with an area that should have never existed in the first place.
Tough to be a Bug is not a ride?! Indiana Jones has nothing to do with animals. Encanto has nothing to do with animals.... nothing Disney does makes sense...
It will be interesting to see how Encanto and Indiana Jones fit in Animal Kingdom. Hopefully we will learn more soon. Or they can do what Universal does and not share any info until it opens lol.

With all of the things they could do with 4d 3d screens ect, it could be an awesome immersive experience Journey
@@Eternaldarkness3166 So true! That would be amazing.

WHAT ABOUT THE SONG ON ROCKINROLLERCOASTER

Changing Splash Mountain was totally the most unnecessary thing Disney has done in any park.
Disney oughta be half price for 2025. And can we fix the damn Yeti?!
At the end of the video, I shared a bunch of new things coming in 2025. but I won't argue with half price either way 😀
Dinosaur the Ride😢
I like this ride because it’s like going back in time to the early 2000’s lol. They still use a projection tv in the pre show 🦖
Disney is a Dinosaur

Disney can move fast if they want to. Tiana was quick, even ahead of schedule. But what happened at Epcot?? That took forever!
Only one of the four annual passes is available now.
Which one?
@@orlandoparksguy Incredi-Pass was the only one showing up for about two days. Now all four are showing available again.
@@Sheeple-Wake-Up ok thanks for the update!

I really hope they won’t shut down Muppet Vision 3D because they have absolutely no right doing that
I’m confused as to why all attractions now need to be based on the films? Seems like a lack of originality
You're not wrong! Especially at Epcot. The parks can feel oversaturated with Disney movies.

Well said! Even Primeval Whirl wasn’t that great. I’m looking forward to this area being refurbished. And I hope it’s done quickly.

I mean Antonio talks to animals in Encanto so that works at the least
The Indiana Jones attraction will have a story where he searches for a mythical creature.
Because they suck!
No, they don’t.
