Blazblue Cross Tag Battle - RWBY References in Neo's Moveset

While Neo's moveset was created with references from Volume 2,3 and 6 since her DLC came out around 2019, I've used clips from V7-9 to reference her attacks as some of them work similarly to how the devs created Neo in the game. There are also some that are close in match rather than completely accurate as some moves were created specifically for her in BBTAG such as her Specials and will have a note on the bottom left side of the clips
