This is the part of town I grew up in. It has changed so much due to gentrification. It's crazy to me that I see White people walking around with their kids in strollers in the streets. Come to houston it's crazy over here with the gentrification. An area where I worked was super dangerous. Now all of the sudden their building 300k condos. Who can afford that? I wouldn't sell to those blood sucker. Black people need to hold on to their property and not sell for peanuts.

I’m trying to study right now so I can understand the Texas Realstate laws. This tax oppression they have going on here is a evil scheme, I’ve seen people taxed out of their homes after living there over 5 -10 years. Jobs don’t pay you enough to match the taxation they raise in Texas.

Domain If job is north or off congress if job is south.
Those types of new home developments are plentiful in Central Florida. Just not affordable.
Yup texas housing design is really ugly from the 1990s so these homes are popular

depends on what field of work you’re in, houston’s economy is not as diverse as austin’s
