Fantastic trap design. I like it. But it is difficult to see how you set up the door trigger mechanism because of the overlay of the hands across the video. Could you re-locate the hands watermark to the side so that it is easier to follow your example, please.
I like the trap, and I'd like to build it for our raccoon problem, but I would need slow step by step instructions on how install the trigger ! I've grown slow in my old age ! This would be better for me, then the wooden door drop kind of trap, because of the weight of the creates, but I still like yours better ! Thanks anyways you did a good job as far as I could tell, I saw that you caught the cat, beautiful cat also ! Again Thanks.
Please set your UA-cam speed to slower speed so you'll be able to watch slowly and be able to follow how I made the triggering parts. Thank you very much for watching and appreciation.
He's doing very well now, very sweet with us, he likes scratching his ears, head, around the face, and his back. He likes very much staying outside our backyard under the tress. He is actually 1 year and 5 months now with us. Thank you very much for asking. He seems to be castrated by his previous owner. Wish I could have attached Oreo's video of his improvement and how I am scratching him.
Thank you for the comment. It's not complicated for me since I have the wisdom and the free or no cost available things and tools around to make it. Buying a trap is easy but costly. This milk box trap was made to give others the idea to make use of their milk boxes instead of throwing it to waste.
Very resourceful! Thank you for giving the cat a good home. He seems very sweet. 🐈
Oreo is absolutely so sweet now, he likes me to scratch his face and back every morning when I wake up. Thank you very much for your comment. ♥️
Well done and thank you for your compassion.
My neighbours moved and left their cat behind, I’m gonna try making this trap to catch him and give him a home🐱
did it end up working?
The cat never went into the trap, and I could never get close to him.I fed him and sat with in 10ft from him.
@@overlandrcadventure awww! what a shame. i feel you though, stray cats are stubborn.
Agreed, also I assume his previous owners didn’t show him much love before they abandoned him so I don’t blame him for a lack of trust
@@overlandrcadventure that is very true, these cats deserve love.

Very inventive

I like it, i have all the stuff to make one. 👍🇨🇦
That's great 👍. If you want to make it faster in assembling it, without screwing all boxes, just use durable tie-wraps to join it.
Excellent work
How's the kitty doing?
Nice work!
Are you going to have the kitty fixed/neutered?

I Need to trap a cat but I could never make anything as complicated as that.
