Freddie told Brian to produce songs and material for him as it took his mind off what was to happen. He died with great dignity. RIP Freddie, thanks for the joy.

Heartbreaking images, Remembering Freddie we all have experience the lost of a beloved person, but the memory of him are his music, songs unique and irrepeatable, good tribute Rory. Notice his cat waiscoat was painted his favourite cat Delilah. In his late days he stayed with his cats which they did not separated him. Rest in peace👌👍🎹🎶🎸👏🏻

I'm a Queen fan. Have been since 1976 when I first heard Bohemian Rhapsody. I've saw them live in 1985, their second and last trip to Australia. I've heard bits and pieces of them playing with Adam Lambert, and I don't rate him at all, BUT.... I have to say I thought George Michaels did an excellent version of Someone To Love. Probably the best cover on the day to be honest.
I think that was the last time John played with Queen. I guess for him, Freddie was the one who took him under his wing, who pushed him to write (not that he couldn't, in the beginning he was just hesitant about sharing).
I watched this video, as I do with all your Queen reactions, and I couldn't help but wonder if this was the same Rory who use to say he didn't really rate Queen because they are played so often, the same half a dozen tunes. But now, I think you are up to The Miracle next, so well into their discography, and you have realised what we all knew way back then, Queen are fantastic, creative, adaptive and top tier song writers (all of them) as well as sublime musicians. The only weakness in the band is John's singing! (I've often wondered if he could, but just didn't want to with all the other talent around?)

The saddest thing about this , is that he died of AZT the drug and not aids. Dr F a u ci is the one responsible for this.
