Happy New Year Precious and thank you for this video. I want to start my CIMA journey next money but I don't have my certificate with me because I owe my previous institution. I only have my academic transcript and completion letter. Is there a way I can register with using that?

Hello. I am in the uk and registered with CIMA. I have been exempted from the certificate level to Operational level. Reason is I have qualifications based on experience. Would I manage operational level without the fundamentals?
Hello. Yes I was exempted from E2 P2 and F2. You can check out some of my other study tip video, I hope that would help ua-cam.com/play/PLRD-lRAT_z5qut6RFJ5_FgTJDNXOzF1_F.html&si=KrbFcOIE2Ogrx5V1
Hi Precious. Thank you for the informative videos you always share with us❤ On average, how easy it is to pass the postgraduate diploma in financial management and the CIMA management case study exam?
Hello Lesego. I don't know how to answer this question because I don't know what you'd be comparing the level of difficulty to. It certainly wasn't easy for either. It involves long study hours and hard work
@barbs_fr_ no it doesn't have questions. It's what your actual exam is based on. You can click the CIMA link on the description to see how a preseen looks like 👍
Thank you fir the advice❤. I would also like to start my cima journey. I'm currently doing third year at uj. Is it possible to not do bcom hons in financial management And still do cima?. Can I qualify for cima with my bcom accounting degree? Are there any requirements when it comes to the average and marks? I also wanted to ask whether you wrote the uj postgraduate entry exam for bcom hons in financial management, and if yes, are there any tips you can give?
Hey hey. I have a video on this Getting Started With CIMA | Entry Routes and Exemptions ua-cam.com/video/HPxTjnn3c6o/v-deo.html But just to summarise, you don't need to do honors to do CIMA. Your BCom Accounting degree exempts you from the certificate and operation level so you'd start at the management level. There are no requirements in terms of marks, you just need to complete your qualification. But there are requirements you have to meet if you are going to do honors Yes I wrote it. My advice is that you just polish up on your third year financial management knowledge and read up on current finance related news such as who is the minister of finance in South Africa and so on

How often are the multiple choice tests written in a year?
They are available on demand so you can book anytime of the year
Hello. I am in the uk and registered with CIMA. I have been exempted from the certificate level to Operational level. Reason is I have qualifications based on experience. Would I manage operational level without the fundamentals?
Yes I believe so. Your exemptions show that you have the knowledge required so you should be fine
Much obliged. I guess it's just dedication and determination 😅
This was helpful, thank u
Glad it was helpful!
Hi, did you have exemptions and is MCS your first CIMA exam? I’m currently studying for MCS and I struggle so much with self-study :(
Hello. Yes I was exempted from E2 P2 and F2. You can check out some of my other study tip video, I hope that would help ua-cam.com/play/PLRD-lRAT_z5qut6RFJ5_FgTJDNXOzF1_F.html&si=KrbFcOIE2Ogrx5V1
When you write exams, are you allowed to bring IFRS standards or additional pre-seen material notes?
No you are not allowed. The preseen is available for you to use during the exams. You don't bring your own
You wouldn't even have time to read those doll. 45 minutes goes by so fast
Thanks for the detailed information. Do you have a tuition provider that you would recommend?
VIVA financial tuition
Happy new year 🎉
We're going harder this year! Happy new year 💃

How much time is allocated on the exam let’s say I am writing an operational level?
3 hours =45 min per section* 4 section
what is a preseen
The case study released before the exam
@@preciousnotico is that like a past question paper exam

How many total hours of effective study is required to prepare for CIMA SCS exam? (Example 79-80-90?)
I haven't done the SCS yet so I am not sure
When you say “ relate to real world” you mean physically go to a company and enquire ?
No you can read the Integrated report or current news about the industry
Hey is it a multiple choice?
Hello. the objective tests are multiple choice and the case study is a written one
The exam is not hand written?
No it's typed
What will you be doing in that whole because you cant wait for the pre seen whole semester so you should be doing mocks ???🥲🥲
I am not sure I understand your question, do you mind rephrasing
@preciousnotico i mean that wat would you be doing in that semester should i be reading P1,E1,F1 or doing more mocks
@@ElectroVibecom if the preseen has been released then you can start doing mocks if you have access to them
@@preciousnotico Okay Thank you
