- After seeing the positive response from the last mtb-related video I put out I thought I would get back into the swing of things and start putting out more content around all things mountain bike in the hope of sharing some of my knowledge and understanding of the sport and industry.

Awesome! Yeah Dean you definitely have insider knowledge of DH which is exactly why I'd want to hear you talk about things over a rando. Curious, what team (if any) did you want to be on while you were still racing? What would be your dream team if you could pick and pull any racers you want?
I was actually in talks with syndicate after my 2019 season but was still in contract, that would have been interesting.
Also I’ve always wanted to ride for Martin Whitley, he runs a tight ship.
Liked and sub'ed, always good to get proper insider insight's. Be cool to see more of these as the season goes on! I agree, Ronan Dunne is one to watch, he seems to take everything in his stride!

Great commentary on the 2024 UCI DH race season! I can tell from the way you talk your extremely knowledgable and passionate about the sport; however, I can also sense some nervousness in your voice when you talk about it. You seem like you might feel pressure to continue racing or being back on a bike. I hope that’s not the case man, you have proven your worth on and off the bike time and time again and anyone that gives you that sense of pressure need not your attention my friend. You enjoy your new life man, it’s been well earned and if you ever swing your leg over a bike take pride in knowing it’s 100% for you bud!
I’m 1 second in and you better say Jackson! But still have tons of favourites who can do well.

In these days the bikes are all very capable and most is determined by the riders, however i rode the canyon sender cfr last season and im on a commencal supreme v5 now... the commencal is just way better so if amaury doesnt crash i think hes gonna take some wins
