Larrys body work better with explosiveness and his body is not made for bodybuilding anyway, insertions are bad and shoulder to waist ratio mediocre. He can win amateur shows and nothing else.
I mean that usual bar path is *because* you're not on rails, but you don't need to come up higher towards your head at the top if the smith is supporting the bar
The RP guys always talk about 2-3 second eccentrics and explosive concentrics, but it looks like in practice they do something like 1.5 seconds down 1.5 seconds up after the first few reps
This is what you think when you think of you and a couple of bros hitting up the gym to enjoy some lifting. Shooting shit and lifting. Some sweet looking training too, always fun to see people who are so proficient that all the reps look identical and quick adjusting to cues. You guys aren't kidding with your training no matter what anyone says.

It's strange because the biggest bodybuilders in the world don't work out like this. Seen many of them pumping out somewhat fast partial reps. I don't think any one way is going to work forever. Variation is key. Seen guys make Gains with 100 different styles and programs. Super slow all the time would get me frustrated.
I have tendons made of silly string it seems, and the tension that slow eccentric reps give me I feel is a better sensation than the amount of reps that I can crank out. So horsing a bunch of weight around is just not something that I'm willing to do. Doing it with good technique though..now that's the goal.

People who lift with science based never said egolift is "not working", they always said "there's a more efficient way" to do it. Those from old eras are big with their own way, but we'll never know how big and healthy they would be if they use science approach
When they say 8 grams a week what is being added up, only weekly injectables or does that include the daily orals or weekly orals? And it sounds like this does not include GH or insulin. Anyone know?
Not at all. Its unbalanced like hell. He has saggy tits and lacks upper chest which is the main focus from IFBB Pros, which is why they look complete in comparison, without the saggyness. Larry would not do well in any pro show. Insertions are bad and he is unbalanced like crazy. I have been a judge in several pro shows. He can win amateur shows and nothing else, unless he stop doing powerlifting stuff, armwrestling etc. He is a youtuber for a reason. All he does is for views. If he wanted to really do well in BB, he would have to train very differently.
