I beanbagged a suspect, he dropped his firearm. I advance and he tries to tag me with a knife. I somehow dodged, and my buddy sent lead. Ahh I love this game.

I was 2 manning with a buddy I clear a ridiculously full room get to a small side room to arrest some people had my buddy covering me and as I go to ziptie one dude the other stood up and shanked me in the throat ....it was terrifying lol
Just letting you know, mechanical is a breach method with any tool that has moving parts such as k12 saw, or any of the sorts. A mono shock ram would be manual type breach, good stuff tho
One feature I’d love to see is the ability to command a compliant suspect to crawl to you. It obviously shouldn’t always work, and there would be risks, but it would be very useful and make a lot of sense.

I have not played in a few weeks. My man said, "careful bed bed bed" and my jaw dropped. That was hilarious. The dev team has made great progress with the AI
Yeah but as he mentioned it's pre programmed as a spawn point. Would like to see more dynamic means of concealment and cover as they move on, but that's prob a lot to ask.

I was thinking the same thing. It would make it far more doable, and it would keep the high stakes.
Id also add that everyone is allowed 1 civi death as long as its explainable, anything after that is permafired lol.
It would be great if muzzle brake adds screen shake effect if it's firing too close to another team player. Enter rooms from windows would be great too.
The muzzle brake literally has a reduced muzzle flash stat for some reason lmao.

@@exan6970 i mean, current modern cans add velocity to the rounds. It makes sense to deal less damage when the bullet just goes through the person like a hot knife on butter instead of a round being slow enough to end up tumbling inside a person.

It’s a good game. If you are wanting a modern version of the old Swat or Rainbow Six games, this is it. Takes me back to playing Swat 4 back in 06

Love the longer videos like this! I wonder if IRL people would use flash bangs in tunnel systems like that? I suppose as long as you have good ear pro? BTW I love watching Klean play. He really does stick to his corners and follow them through as he was trained. I know you do the same, but a lot of folks just lose focus and don't have faith, or they want that kill themselves if there is one.
No, in policing I’d imagine them just smoking out the entire tunnel with gas. In military, they’d drop a huge bomb on it after clearing surface level civvies. I doubt anybody irl would be stupid enough to push any kind of tunnel. Irl, im pretty sure the flashbang’s effective range would increase significantly in a tunnel, to the point where it would affect the operators. Same with guns, all that sound is reflected back at you, you will develop temporary tinnitus at the very least everytime you fire more then like 5 rounds in rapid succession.
You guys actually do a good job at CQC.

Another cool challenge/ruleset might be a military-style playthrough. Treat the maps as terrorist compounds on foreign soil. That way all of the non-lethal stuff, asking combatants to surrender, and civilian casualties would be less of a factor. I imagine it would be easier in some aspects and speed up the gameplay. Just an idea! Keep up the great work.
I think they've actually done a few playthroughs like that with it modded. There's a modset that sets it so that everyone in the field is an active combatant, as in "all the civilians have fled the area" so you can shoot on site. Makes it enjoyable for a change of pace. Much more like playing insurgency.

Some maps do have them but mostly bodies, mightve been removed tho in updated maps
I wish I had more people to play with on Ready or Not. I only have three people but I can only play with them once every couple days sometimes even over a week. :(
People also said that they don't want to take the game as seriously as I like to take it and I just end up not really playing with them.
I dont have enough friends for this. It's just me and my one buddy, we'd be stuck on the first mission the entire time cause one of us would always die lol.

Very cool! Try tarkov's challenge to try to survive every map in the game in a row without dying. Instead you can only use one loadout and we're not able to drop off or resupply our gear. No repairing or post-raid healing is allowed either, good luck!

game should allow you to cut the power to building and phone lines and one way phone for baricade suspects and also you should have ir flash light so suspects cant see them also would be great to see less then lethal rounds no deaths take alll out in match ie paint ball tazer . and game should allow you to pistol wipe suspects for compliance wa la fix stuck civys
also try two shields in hallway so round go to walls instead traveling down hallway

The only problem I have with this game is the price. Even with 10% off there is still not enough content there for that price tag.
Having said that, I do believe the game will eventually be completed and well worth it. As with any Early Access, its simply a risk you have to take.
I think it's worth it, tho i only game MAYBE 4 hours a week. It would be much more fun if i had a squad to run with. Running with randoms is not that fun if everyone isn't on board.
Not in any way trying to invalidate your opinion but RoN already offers a style of gameplay that isn't available in any other game other than SWAT4 SEF. More than worth the $40
The vanilla maps have multiple scenarios that change the distribution and behavior of suspects, whose locations are also randomized, and there's also already a ton of high quality custom maps and other mods that will only continue to expand in the future. Definitely worth 40 bucks imo
I will say however, you need to be playing with a group of friends if you really want to get the most out of this game. A luxury that i dont have currently, but should change soon...

I'm so bummed that my highschool and xbox buds didn't have pcs growing up. I built a pc in 2018, and realized, I knew no one.. lol. But yeah, miss playing immersive with my buds. We would make ghost recon wildlands very RP/Immersive because that's all we really had. lol. But damn it was fun.
Epic video! I know this is unlikely (because the game is dead) but check out standard issue on roblox, there’s lots of high quality videos on it and it’s still probably the most immersive squad like game made. It definitely doesn’t have the coolest graphics but all the animations and things are insane for a roblox game. It even has random voice lines for throwing grenades and even has characters shake and scream when hit by a molly. (Dark yes, but it’s just such an insane detail)

Really sucks that standard edition hasn't gotten the new update its been like 2 weeks at this point.
Edit: Game updated later on today and after looking into some discussion boards the true reason for SE getting content early makes sense, and I was wrong to call it greedy before knowing the full context. My b.
I'd rather they spend time polishing the update than rush and BF2042 the new update
@@premiumquinn The problem with that though is that BF2042 released fully and was broken. RON is in beta anyways, so its expected that everything wont be 100% polished. If it was good enough to release to supporter edition, then it should be out by now for everyone. And if the supporter edition is supposed to be like Play testing then they're getting that wrong too. Most early access games have free PTE's you apply for with NDA's.
Just seems like "hey if we give supporter edition content but not anyone else and have all the tactical shooter youtubers make videos on it, people will lose patience and fork over an extra 90 dollars to play it too"
Tons of bug and crashes appeard in this update needs to fix first for better experience

SE costs more than a AAA game to have early access content. the 40 dollar base game isnt exactly cheap either to not see any new content in 6 months, then see SE get it for weeks before its released to everyone.
Need friends to play like this with but everyone either thinks their actual swat and can’t have fun or thinks is CoD and kills everyone they see

It’s a private server session, public multiplayer servers have a player cap of 5 while friends only servers have no limit im pretty sure

How do you have more than 5 people?
1) I have verified on my own that this game DOES NOT HAVE BULLET PENETRATION. even using AR15 5.56mm bullets won't pierce even a thin table or chair. I tried several objects and DID NOT DRILL ANYTHING! Glasses, bottles and small objects EVEN USING A 7.62mm RIFLE IT DOES NOT PIERCE. at this point the game is ALREADY dead! tell me WHAT, except concrete and steele, a 7.62mm bullet inside a house won't pierce? in real SOMETIMES it crosses and SOMETIMES it doesn't!! but in most of the objects I tested it DOES NOT GO THROUGH!!! guys even in 007 GoldenEye from Nintendo 64 from 1998 has BETTER BALLISTIC!!
What I liked = The Weapons are great. The noise of the gunshots is AWESOME! there is the AMMO CHECK feature which is wonderful. (he removes the magazine from the gun to see if he still has ammo) a feature that neither BF, nor CoD nor pubG, nor CSGO, nor Rainbow Six, nor GTA V has. only RoN and SCUM and if I'm not mistaken Scape from Tarkov do that.
2) there is NO SOUND OF bullets when they hit something. no bullets whizzing by, no sound of ricocheting bullets. it doesn't feel like you're throwing a piece of metal at 900m/s. it looks like it's shooting a piece of FOAM or Styrofoam, which when they collide with the target, they DON'T EMIT ANY NOISE.
I got tired of testing this by shooting from VARIOUS angles at: the floor, walls, metals, containers, etc.. THERE IS NO RICOCHET NOISE or projectile fired at 760m/s at a short distance. anyone who has shot with a air weapon knows that even at low speeds the noise of the ricochet is present in practically 90% of the shots = YOU MAY NOT HAVE NOTICED BUT THERE CERTAINLY was the noise of the deformed projectile WHIRING. this game doesn't have that!
