And yet Sam STILL owned Raiden the first time that they both fought, despite him having minimal cybernetic enhancements, taking off one of Raiden's arms AND putting out one of his eyes as well.
Jetstream Sam is honestly one of the best characters in the game, next to Raiden himself, and its really too bad that he didn't get some more screen time in the game.
Reminds me of, "They weren't even super soldiers" in The Falcon and The Winter Soldier, although of course the victor and loser were reversed in who said the statement lol

@@mr.chaosvicious5968 well kinda late but yeah, there is one dlc where you play as him, it's free with the steam version (There is also another dlc where you play as blade wolf althought I don't like it much)
