Definetly the best tank in the game, it can be used for bullet dmg, ramming, and even the two at once due to it's amazing speed, you don't even need to waste points into bullet speed

I think a good build (unless you hate regenerating, trust me i know that very well) is 0/6/6/0/5/5/6/5
The idea is to trick people to thinking I’m full ram, but then i come in with unexpected bullets which actually deal damage, then they go poof
