Actually, I think there is ONE voice line for Unwell. Every now and then when I equip the skin, there's some demonic whispering. I always thought that that was part of the map ambience, but then I managed to figure out what it was saying. It sounded like "I'll replace the cheese with you soul." which is what it said on the wall of the Unwell room.

Try the backrooms’, but when I checked the note again in a different server, it said ‘The monster is going to destroy us all.’ Was that a hint to getting the Unwell skin or is this a completely new badge. I only got to try the map one time and it was the bears vs the survivor round and the bear we not going to kill but there was a little bit of time and i got lost.

or Cheese Corp because a lot of people are saying its from Cheese Corp although I don't see the map.
Well you can get the atrocity skin on cheese factory which was a limited time map it came out on November bc Halloween bears came out on October
