- Meet Dorothy! Some people had asked that I do a video on Dorothy , so here she is! This little truck was sold new in Kansas , and she’s not in Kansas anymore! Dorothy came with a bunch of original paperwork which is always fun, and is mostly original aside from a few things I’ve replaced or upgraded. I can’t go anywhere in this truck without people saying “I haven’t seen one of those in years!”

Thanks for the break down on Dorothy. I'm in the hunt to buy one now.
Most tire shops can balance your wheels with weights only on the back lip. It's how I have all my custum wheels done
Nice little truck. My first ride was a black 79 courier. Im 50 now and still a minitrucker! Im more of a bagged layed out minitruck guy but any mini build is cool.
Great little truck I just inquired a 1980 Ford courier with 92,000 miles on it. Very good shape. Thank you.
@@aevangel1 I did do a VIN check it set at a display for 15 years for trucking company and the VIM last known was 91,753. Thank you for the advice it helped a lot.
Coolest little trucks on the road.
Absolutely!
Both trucks are awesome. These trucks are getting harder to find. Good to see a younger generation who sees the value of these. They have a good home. Love the video. Keep up the good work.
Thanks! Just trying to keep these pieces of history on the road where they belong!
That bench seat is sweet. My 72 is gonna get resprayed in white when im done fixin it
Thanks man! These little trucks look good in white too!
As I'm finishing the video you mention the stains in the headliner. I would try a magic eraser, albeit carefully!
I’ll give that a try!
Very Cool truck! I just picked up a nearby identical 74, but mine has lived a much rougher life/ Il be doing a will it run on it soon!
Awesome! These little trucks belong on the road
Awesome little truck! Looks amazing!
Thanks! It’s always a good time with this truck!
My first ever truck, bought for $300 in 2004, was a 73 mustard yellow manual Courier. Great truck! So nice to see your love for Dorothy!
Fun trucks, aren't they? I really miss my 77!
They’re great! Always a good time with these little trucks!
Tengo una igual 1976 nítida parecen mellizas RD
Both look fun, but if I have to choose it would be Dorothy. How did you route your vacuum hoses after removing Dorothy's air pump?
I basically have everything that is not the distributor vacuum line or PVC vacuum line just capped. I capped the big lines that ran over to the smog pump, close to where they come out of the intake manifold.
My neighbor is putting a coyote in a 74 courier
Beautiful truck ya got here, just please don't lower it to the ground or stick those ugly wagon wheels and thin tires on it, it looks good just the it is. I love this little truck.
Did you upload the books and stuff to internet archive ?
Where do you source parts?
do you want to sell Dorothy?
