I bought 8 months ago, chimney didn't work properly, it didn't suction the smoky air and also in 8 months we didn't found single drop oil in oil collector. Total useless Even customer service also worst , I called several time to service agent but didn't respond well.

Don't buy chimney with fiber glass mine blasted in the kitchen the entire kitchen was a mess with tiny glass pieces all over the kitchen cleaning the mess was a nightmare, i was told this is common by Faber
@FaberIndia, I'm deeply concerned about the safety of your products. My Faber 60 cm Kitchen Chimney (Hood Polo HC SC FL BK 60, Model: B0B42TY1B1) exploded, causing a fire and extensive damage. Despite multiple complaints, there has been no proper investigation or communication. #ConsumerRights
@@lemonpickl After posting on social media and making a formal complaint against them to the National consumer helpline Faber has quietly replaced our Chimney for free. This has been my experience.

Worst service.. even after calling repeatedly for more than one month no one comes to my home to change my chimney pipe.... disappointed...😢
