I think i didn't pickup the quest from notice board in prologue, was it necessary to pick up early on the game? Will i be able to unlock this trophy before 'POINT OF NO RETURN' ?

This notice board is in the Harrows, into the main story. After the point of no return you cannot go back, so make sure you do it before.
