The only concession is to play with a B team so as not to risk injuries and give more trainning to guys sitting at the bench, otherwise 😬🤠👍

Not really, as most of them are Colombian AMERICAN
All I have to say to y’all, this is not Gold cup, this is not Mexico, this is not the islands you are use to play in concacaf; this is Colombia in CONMEBOL you are talking about. Welcome to the real football. Good luck, you all going to need it in copa America
We need a coach that understands that this isn't a gold cup and adapt to the challenge. His ego will not allow our guys to use their strength's. I dont care how good CONMEBOL is. We have a great player pool and we need leadership that recognises our player pool's strength's.
I blame the coach. The USMNT currently has the best talent they ever had and have a World Cup at home and they’re going to waste this opportunity on this bald dude

@@dagosegovia843 Yes, Look at the 4 games we played without Berhalter. Different tactics and the players had the freedom to be creative.
How is this even surprising? Colombia is a good team that plays in a confederation that's won 10 World Cups. The USMNT mostly plays home games in a 3rd tier confederation made up largely of small island countries.
They also wear gay colored flag. That makes them weaker.
This is why Australia joined Asia to improve their game.

That guy had me on "fear on Brazil and Argentina" 😂 bless his heart.
They played a Colombian team that is on a 22 game undefeated streak, beating recently Brazil in World Cup Qualifier, they did a tour in Europe undefeated, beating teams like Germany, Spain, and Romania. The USMNT is a good team and has alot of potential, but there is a huge difference between the level of competition between CONCACAF and CONMEBOL. They need to keep playing friendly matches against elite competition. They need to learn from this loss and adapt, get ready for Copa America.
unfortunately player skill doesn't matter when your coach is fucking terrible and has been fucking terrible his entire career yet somehow hasn't been fired yet
BYE, BYE, go home USA.
As a Colombian, the biggest highlight for me, other than the win ofc, was seeing how much the beautiful game has grown in the US... The USMNT has so much potential... y'all just need to get rid of the sneaker collector and get a real coach fr.

But it’s still CONCACAF. And that’s what people gotta understand. All 3 of those teams losing by 4 unfortunately wasn’t THAT crazy.
Especially when the better 2 teams had Colombia and Uruguay. They were never gonna win those matches.

I am from Argentina I watched and played football my whole life. My take on this is that the USA finally has competitive-level players. I watched the game against Colombia. From my perspective, it was clear that there were coaching issues. The way the defense is organized, and most of all the tactical proposal by the coach is horrible. He Is not minimally harnessing the talent of their players.
Just hire an Argentinean coach as most of the Copa America teams, or an European Coach.
I love this Copa America format with all the teams from the continent. It is very good to play with Mexico and the USA and the rest of the best CONCACAF teams. I am in favor of CONMEBOL CONCACAF integration. If the Copa América becomes much more interesting with this integration, imagine if the Copa Libertadores were played including clubs from the USA and Mexico (The best clubs from Brazil, Argentina, Colombia, Mexico, and the USA). With time it would be a great show to compete with the Champions League.
I'm from Brasil and agree with you said, in Libertadores play with North American continent teams is very hard because distance, Just South America is bigger them Ocidental Europe. Mexico used to play libertadores, and all teams from south america complains about distance, logistics and calendar, for travel Mexico.
Very technical stuff loved it
Just done watching Euro Cup came for Copa America and saw these beautiful comments.
I had to ask a neighbor if he let me in to his house to watch the game. People here were happy for the victory, they drunk beer, they put their TV outside the houses, and they screamed every time Colombia scored a goal. I am another Colombian who loves U.S.A and wants to go to visit someday. Hugs from Colombia!
Don't feel bad. Colombia is a machine.
The biggest difference is the football culture, in south America we learn how to kick a ball before we learn to walk… No money, no training, no big companies can buy it… FOOTBALL IS OUR CULTURE since the day we are born.
Go Argentina, go South America! ❤🇦🇷
This is a problem. The americans dont have a sense of culture of this sport. They need to stop playing n focus on watching NFL OR NBA. THIS FOOTBALL ISNT THEM

Colombia! La Patria, La Gloria! 🇨🇴
Last night you guys were atrocious, after Colombia's 3rd goal the USMNT just flat out quit, Colombia just figured out Berhalter's tactics, it reminded me of the USA vs Netherlands game in Qatar, you guys are better than that, but you've got that Bald idiot in charge, here in England we have a similar problem with Gareth Southgate, I actually sometimes refer to Berhalter as the American Southgate, we've got a very good squad and should be contenders for the Euros, but we're not, we won't win the Euros, the first time we come up against anyone half decent we'll lose, thing is you guys are better than what we saw last night, much like us in England we're not even saying it needs to be an expensive, world class manager, just somebody who's got a clue, Colombia on the other hand in my mind are a contender for the Copa
Dude is not all of that you guys have a great team for concacaf level, but Colombia is in CONMEBOL level the best football in the world. Never underestimating your rivals. Good luck in copa América concacaf is going to need it.
@@tatinomichin well personally I'm English but do like the US due to my American friends (I used to be a football coach for a local university that they were part of) so I do have a soft spot for the US and after England the US have kind of become my 2nd team, I think the level of player the Americans have is improving all the time, but I agree you can't compare CONCACAF to CONMEBOL or UEFA, after last night and given Colombia's recent form I think they have to be amongst the favourites for the Copa America title
High schooler's understands Berhalter's system. Thats why we get schooled every time we play good teams.
@wizarddragon unfortunately i think you're right, he's very one dimensional and won't adapt when he needs to, it also appears like he can't fire up the players
And the crushing defeat was deserved. Sometimes there are big defeats that don't reflect the game, with gag goals and bad luck.
And like tatinomichin says there is a lack of physical and psychological commitment from USMNT players. They don't have the rage to win.
Crosses when your center forward is 5′ 10″... Berhalter still hasn't understood his defeat against the Netherlands.
Colombia, what a great team! One of the favorite ones to win the America Cup !🙏

We need to change the federation firstly. Filled with nepotism all around, its disgusting
Me impresiona mucho lo aterrizados que son los hinchas americanos, nada que ver con los mexicanos... que en verdad se piensan que tienen un buen equipo.
I love how you started video with the "Carechimba" shout ... So Colombian😅
Thanks for the Before and After fan views. Congrat's to the Colombian team and fanbase. Colombia capitalized on USMNT mistakes and demonstrated patience with their play. Colombia showed why they are on a 21 now 22 game winning streak. As for the USMNT, they still have not found the solution to break down Top 20 teams. Game tactics and style has remained the same, my question is why are we watching more of the same with generational talent from the US side? Wake Up call is an understatement, USMNT team leaders need to look at themselves in the mirror and ask if they are willing to leave everything on the field to perform at a respectable level. I'm sure if we see more of the same against Brazil (friendly) and bomb out of Group stage at Copa, calls for Greg to step down will be at a fever pitch. I am and will forever be a USMNT fan no matter what. I'm hoping for adjustments against Brazil, witness more player fire and consistent play. Should we fall behind, I want to see USA fighting spirit, I 'd rather see numerous Yellow's and Red cards from guy's trying hard...the beauty of soccer is the most talented and skillful team doesn't always mean a win. Go out and make it happen by refusing to loose no matter what!

@@bulletproofman323 lol you that’s not what I was going for but it makes sense ig. 😂
A suggestion from Colombia, stop trying to play soccer and start playing fútbol, did you notice the referee stopped the match at 90 min exactly? that's because there was not fault or little out of the field balls, that's because USA don't understand when your opponent is attacking you, you must try to slow their momemtum. Also, USA tried everytime to go out their side playing low, and when the other team is over you blocking you from your own field, you must kick the ball hard and high to the other side, to make the opponent go away. USA didn't try that once and Colombia was chocking them from their own field.
The issue is the coach. This coach is trying to have the US team come out of the back with possession which is an issue because the US has like 2 good players that are good on the ball. Reyna and Pulisic are the only players that are good with the ball on their feet. The coach is trying to make the US team play like the team is good with the ball like spain, brazil, etc. which the US lacks. You were able to see it with how bad they were when they were pressured in their own half. The US team needs a coach that can get the team play to their strengths. I think the US would play better as a more direct style of futbol. Like you said, kicking the ball up the field. That can be used as a more direct style of futbol by winning the first or 2nd ball whenever the US kicks the ball up the field. This possession style of futbol only works against teams worse than the US squad. Any team on the same level or better will make them look like amateurs every time.
They stopped the game right on the spot second so as not to continue with the suffering 😄
Welcome to high level football 😂😂😂

im chilean, and all i can say is that im really happy the US is getting more interested in soccer as time goes on, and see a new rival improve. i can see real quality in your players, the problem is literally the coach. as a southamerican i think most in the neighborhood can agree that there is one nice way to fix that. just get an argentinian coach 😂😂.

The difference between playing soccer and real football, welcome to the real world, take care bro
As for me
I'm happy to see a reaction from the us fans nd them trying to talk tactics
Bt a Shame that the field had more fans than usa
Honestly, the match should have ended 3-1 or probably 3-2 in colombia favor if there had been a decent coach. Although it was a friendly match, Gregg underestimated Colombia and tried to compete on equal terms. The US team certainly has talent, with great players in major leagues, but most of them are not crucial players for their teams, except for Pulisic.
Additionally, the US players have a serious problem with mental strength and resilience, something that South American players, for instance, do not lack and have in abundance. This was evident when, after the third goal, the US team completely fell apart and made mistakes that I have never even seen in weaker CONMEBOL teams. It was embarrassing to see.
Ngl the way you asked the question was a good change from all the other vids

USA suffers the same lack of humility like Mexico. They both believe they can compete but forget to think that Conmebol typically wins the World Cup - is not just Brasil - they have to compete against Teams like Argentina, Chile, Uruguay, Colombia, Peru, Paraguay - those are teams that can really compete against the best.
What amazes me is the USA women's team has done so well over the years and the USA men's team while improved over time, has not been able to build an elite national team. How come they do so much better with the women and not the men's team?

You got that right friend, greeting from Colombia.
Back in the days the Copa America was just the South America championship since conmebol and concacaf have separate tournaments. In reality the USA and most teams from the north have had limited to no participation in the past Copa America's. Libertadores for instances in club level really has been just South America championship while the concacaf champions league defines the champion of North and Central America. The same with the Gold Cup and Nations league which defines the champion of North and Central America. This Copa America now feels more like a legitimate tournament to define the champion of all the America's now both North, Central Latin America and South America and not just South America with USA participating and getting experience and other teams like Canada. I never felt before this tournament was a American continental championship, because the other teams from the North or Central America didn't always come to compete and mostly it was a South American tournament or dominated by South America.
The worst they can do is get into these matches thinking it's just like México. This is South América we re talking. A totally different animal
