Thanks for standing up for the manuals guys.
Would love to see a show on the negative comments. That would be hilarious. Still waiting for the release of the unedited video of Rob working on his 996 from last year. 😜
Gotta say I don’t understand anyone complaining about anything PCA. 🤔
After spending nearly 50 years on the “outside”, I appreciate everything you guys do.
I’ve been fortunate enough to meet Vu, Manny, Rob, Nathan, Damon, Melanie, Charlotte, Bogs, Robert, and Levi at different events. They have all been friendly, sincere, and welcoming. Non-pretentious; all just “car guys”.
Manny is brilliant!!
Look forward to seeing you guys in Costa Mesa! A few of us PCA members are driving in from Las Vegas! 😊
See you then!
Regarding Tiptronic I have a 987 MK1 with said transmission: yes I'd prefer a manual but it works great but it's definitely no PDK.
Great show. 👏☘️
Thanks for sharing
I drive a 981 Boxster S with PDK and a Lotus Elise with three pedals and, for excitement and satisfaction I'll take the PDK all day long. Dual Clutch Love here
39:78 these are not magnesium D90, these are forged ClubSports that are cut off from Gullideckel which nobody wanted.
Great review of these incredible cars. A few points to note the 959 build #s are way lower then the CGT I think this stands above the CGT.
I think appox 1270 CGT produced and the
959 with only 292 made.
Rob mentioned how rare Sports seats are in 928 as in the later 1987 > 1995 cars. I feel very lucky I picked up a decent set recently power with heat.
Back to the Auction here at Broad Arrow they def have some amazing cars. I would have to go with the 934 over the 356 Carrera but that is just me. The big driver in these race cars is who drove them and in what races as we know. We will see how these cars do. The 928 CS is very interesting in that color combo and should do very well. I think it has 122,748k. Approx 78,000 miles not sure that will hold it back as they are so rare. My guess is 300 to $400,000.
Great show as always.
I submitted for a Panorama article on my 71T.
I’d still rather have a Ruf than a singer, maybe two 😉. And do you guys need me to send you a half circle table? Lol
Ruf 100,%
My Porsche sales guy laughs at the manual versus automatic guys. It's always, 'I would have bought it if it was a manual,' or 'I would have bought it if it was an automatic.' I personally don't care, both are excellent.
wouldn't want to look like a lowly Boxster. Typical.
Often people that don’t appreciate Boxster’s haven’t been behind the wheel of one for a real drive.
