Excellent piece of video and a well put "team" philosophy near the end.
(The gear noise is from straight cut gears and normal for this type of build)

This man started rally racing in 1962, so how old is he, 85? And here he is not driving a squish suspension land yacht with a slush box. Nope. Driving a rally ready Mini with a 4 speed and straight cut gears. That is a true racer.
