I really don't know, i made two issi's a few years ago. One has a resale value of 1.6 million the other is only 500 000?? Same cars, different values....
The only thing I can think of is you done the GC2F and saved that car over an expensive one, a friend done something similar a few years back and accidentally duped a car over his Shotaro, the game gave the car the resell value that the Shotaro had.....he only noticed when he went to sell the car and seen the value was so high, I remarked in chat that the price he said was for like a maxxed out Shotaro, he went all quiet....until he checked his MC garage lol
