Movement throughout pregnancy is so crucial! I'm a first-time mom and I strength trained and walked all over the creation up until the day I went into labor and labor was a breeze; I only pushed for 15 minutes (first-time moms usually push 2+ hours). I fell off the first trimester too because of morning sickness but you already have a strong foundation so I'm sure you're already doing great. Keep going sis! So happy for y'all!

That's so different from how pregnancy was shown as I was growing up.

I started with the 20 Minute Step to the Beat HIT Workout (No Equipment) just to get cardio in for the day every morning, I fell in love. So so excited for you guys!! We have a one-year-old baby boy and have so appreciated your videos making it easier to get a good workout in at home ever since we found you back in November! I'm especially excited for pregnancy specific/how to make workouts safe for pregnancy videos, as I had a hard time knowing how to safely modify during my first pregnancy third trimester. That will be so helpful for whenever we have our second! Best wishes with the rest of pregnancy, birth, and becoming parents-it's magical!
