@@Wild-Speerokay so the runway is weighted both separately and almost equally to the main challenge. I have only watched clips, but know for a fact that performers such as Natalia Pliacam (Season 1's winner) won a challenge and lipsynced for the runway against Amadiva, which was a double shantay. It was crazy, and has been taken away to make the current season 3 more like the main series.
Lets not forget thailand s1 and 2 where queens were put in the bottom same episode they were in the top bc of the outfits. Tormai literally got eliminated even tho she won snatch game 😭

The only thing I will remember is that "if Chichi had a better look on episode 2, she could have won the season", girl that is a level of delusion that I have never seen; she had one of the worst track record every season combined but yeah she certainly could have won 😂😂
You should do 5-10 times the runway didn’t matter at all like Rita baga episode 1/ Mayhem miller episode 1 which were literally design challenges and yes, Bob.
LOVE Chi Chi (may she rest in peace) but I think you’re putting way too much faith in 1. The judges actually being willing to give her a win and 2. The girls keeping her over Kennedy or Trixie in the snatch game episode.
I think Synthia Kiss from Canada Season 2 lost the Rusical because of her monochrome runway look that episode. I mean Pythia still might have won because she was AMAZING but there's no denying Synthia's outfit cost her.
Drag race mexico 2 is a great example of this, Elektra Vandergeld ate everybody up by a mile on the roast and she didn’t win bc of her outfit, I felt so bad for her
Mrs. Kasha Davis on All-Stars 8 during the RDR Live challenge. Her runway was often considered the worst of the episode. And even though she crushed the challenge and could’ve easily been at least in the top, she was just SAFE in the end.
I’d say Loosey has a better example. The interview challenge. She kills it, then goes out as pregnant Beyoncé without a baby bump.

My first thought was CD2 Synthia Kiss for the Rusical . If she had a better runaway , she could have been placed high or won it imo.
