Bass Speakers

This video outlines the main issues involved in building bass speakers for the home. It also functions as a follow up to the video on the Top of the Mountain speaker system, and includes the replacement of the bass drivers for that system. Update: I recently changed the position of the flared port from the back of the box to the front per suggestion from Madisound, and they do sound better in this location, with no discernible vent noise. I lengthened the port from a 12" suggestion to 15" and that sounded a bit better in my small room.
