I have an old Ruger SR9, love the pistol, but Ruger doesn't make them anymore and it's getting to the point where it needs a new barrel. Is there a pistol out there in 9mm that is affordable, but I can expect to be able to get replacement parts 5-10 years down the road?
I know it's been awhile, but this answer is also for other people if they are curious as well. I took the class. Everyone had a 18" gun. Several people had backup guns just in case. So the class can be done with any shotgun that actually works.
Serious question. If all I have as far as shotguns go is a Maverick 88 and a Savage Stephens 320 security would one of the two be good enough to use as a fighting shotgun or do I need to invest in something like a Mossberg 500 or Remington 870?
