That sounds amazing @vickysmom4486 Hopefully, interest rates will drop soon. The only issue is that once they do, everybody is going to start buying again and then prices are going to skyrocket even more. So, don't wait too long. Another strategy would be to buy a house now, then once rates drop, you can refinance at those lower rates...which means you won't be competing with other buyers since you'll already have your 5 bed, 3 bath house with a 3 car garage and land to plant. 😀
