Camping near the beach on a windy day

In a bit of a spur of the moment camping trip, I took a drive down the south coast to the Scottburgh caravan park to do some camping near the beach. This camping ground has camp sites where you're able to stay the night literally meters away from the beach.
I was fully expecting to camp at one of these camps sites but the weather had other plans. It was overcast and the winds were incredibly strong. So after setting up my tent and judging that it looks far too risky to stay at that particular spot for the night I took down my tent and moved to a more pleasant spot at the same camping park.
The Scottburgh caravan park is a wonderful spot to camp at. There are close to 200 camp sites with ablutions close by. The views are beautiful and it is a very peaceful place. There was even a restaurant at the camp ground

Hey Sumeran, living in NZ now and when I was young we spent many many holidays and long weekends at Happy Wanderes - literally just a few mins further down the road. Please can you do a camping trip there. Will bring back a lot of memories from 20+ years ago.
