is it possible plug disk with sata interface?

I'd like to hold a total of 2 units of 3.5'' HDD and 2 units of SSD (maybe 1 NVMe and 1 2.5'' SATA, if it's not possible to connect 2 NVMe).
The 2.5'' SATA SSD could be floating over somewhere, but the 2 3.5'' HDDs must be fixed by screws. Is there any way to put those mechanical disks in this case? Maybe drilling some new holes and left them partially fixed, but... is there any room there for that?
And i'd also like to know if it's a silent computer.
