杏鮑菇不能洗 泡水 只可以用儲房紙巾擦擦就好了,你的作法完全錯誤😂
1.杏鮑菇下鍋不放油
文火乾煎到出水再煸香
2.裡倒少許熱油
爆香薑蒜再下煸過的菇
3.依續加入調味料起鍋
師傅,你第一步就錯了!
但凡新鮮的菇類皆不要用水洗的。
看了兩個簡體都要洗,可能他們的菇類都是在野地採收吧,不像台灣都是室內無塵養殖
