It is one of the stupidest things to be illegal in my long life of 65 yrs. Whether anyone likes it or not, I grew up badly abused. I live my life right on the edge of constant anger. I've done 100s of hours of counseling, and tried way too many pills, and nothing has ever offered an once of relief. I tried this a while back in my life and was stunned at how I felt happy, and able to sleep. I was truly not even close to the edge when I could partake. I realized my biggest threat on Marijuana was consuming too many chips and maybe a chocolate shake. If there are people in our society who use and do bad things, it's because they were going to do those things anyhow. My friends who use are mello and we get along. We laugh like I couldn't growing up from all the damage I went through. It's silly to deny this to those who are responsible.

Deschedule cannabis completely instead of rescheduling cannabis and allow states to import their harvest to other counties and states as well as lower taxes on cannabis and allow banks to do business with cannabis businesses and this will help small-time farmers like myself be able to make a good profit off the harvest and continue to run their business smoothly without getting pushed out by big cannabis like they are now

This solves nothing at the state or local level. Legalize and tax, while properly regulating the market. Fully decriminalize marijuana at the Federal level. It could fund the programs to help our poorest citizens. It's the perfect way to get a lot of money into the economy to help with the nationwide homeless/low income housing crisis.
