    fun fact you don't need to say BR because it's short for Baureihe which is german and means pretty much anything like Class or Series (but I prefer Class) so you can just say something like DB Class 185 because uh yeah

    How do you turn on the headlights for the scenario. I can't see in the dark.

      behind you is a turnable switch on a yellow square with all headlight settings

      The german word says "Störung" that translates to "Disruption" or "Disturbance". The alert happens when a change in the state of the locomotive happens. Like in this instance, the train switching from battery to overhead power. This alert can also happen when compatible DB trains switch to a new overhead power line in another country (for instance crossing from Germany to Belgium where 25 KV AC power switches to 3 KV DC).
