- Yes, you can purchase an American made reloader in 32ga thanks to the fine people at Ponsness/Warren. The 375 is a time-tested and proven design that produces awesome shot shells. Time to unlock more of the potential of the mighty 32 bore.
Never mine….you are ready have one!!!
I don’t have the 24ga dies for it (yet). I have a single shot 24 which doesn’t see much action, so kind of hard to justify dropping $200+ for a die set. But I’d be lying if I told you I haven’t been thinking about it lol
Name upgrade 👍🏻. New toy 👍🏻. Where do you get hulls for these odd gauges?
Thanks, it’s almost showtime! Ballistic Products actually sells new hulls for 32 and 24 gauges. But I have loaded shells too from Federal/Fiocchi that weren’t too expensive. I love the 32 if you didn’t notice, such a fun gauge.
@@PatternChief Yes, I can tell you definitely like the 32! It’s so close I can almost smell the powder from a freshly popped cap!! I’m prepared for nasty weather this year :)
Can you get your crimps looking that good on your MEC presses?
@@halfdollar86 You probably could get close, but I think the taper crimp of the PW is superior. Plus adjustments on a MEC are a lot more tedious IMO. I actually only have one MEC left now, I got rid of several.
Where did you get the green hulls man?
They are older Fiocchi ammo, I don't know if they still make the green hulls. But I've picked up between 6-7 boxes between listings on GB and GI. Kind of a cool vintage look and the overshot cards are a vibrant yellow color. I am always looking for more but have literally only seen them for sale a few times.
Same guy who I bought some of the 32 from also had a few boxes in 24 gauge with the green hulls. I am kind of kicking myself now for not buying them.
hi, how much is it today, thanks
The 375c is $550 USD new, but after shipping it’s really $600. You can find used ones though for about half that. But you won’t ever see a used 32ga one!
Ponsness presses…..they can multiply like rabbits
Very true, if you can find them! Not nearly as common to find used as a MEC and of course you have to wait to get a new one.
