It was a very poor top4 season. Just look at the points needed to get top4. No other season we would made top4 with that low of points. But he did allright

This was one heck of a fun season. So many academy folks burst into the scene, Pulisic was on Hazard level, and even with this squad we got top 4 and a cup final. Thank you Lampard !
I just got into football and looked for a team to support. I could've chosen City or Liverpool but seeing these young kids like Pulisic, Mount, Abraham and a legend like Frank Lampard managing the team made me fall in love with Chelsea. This season will always remain special for me

Thought we'd finish at 10th or something. But then the season started and to my surprise most of the youth players over-oerformed, we just lost Hazard but it felt like we got a replacement straight away in Pulisic. Tammy Abraham felt like the second coming of Drogba. Our attack was just flawless! But defense was the main issue, I remember we conceded in almost every set piece and Kepa always played so bad. But then the season ended and we finished 4th and reached the FA CUP finals with a young squad, our best player leaving and a transfer ban. We definitely overachieved that season!
He was smashing EPL n was a nightmare to EPL defenders,man city, Arsenal,palace,villa, Watford, Burnley, Liverpool,all felt his rath,he was so quick,fast clinical, creative, ruthless,I wonder what's happening to him? confidence is gone,why am thinking this Chelsea jersey no10 is causing him deep in form?
And I don't know what's wrong with Tuchel,why cnt he play players their best positions,he's wasting pulisic ziyech,like vs Southampton,he switched ziyech from his right wing to left wing then switched sterling from his left wing to right wing,this versatility garbage tuchel should stop
Imagine at that time we had Zouma,Fikayo Timori and Christensen as our starting CBs But now Thiago Silva,Fofana, Badiashile Will be our CBs even Kaloubaly will do well at back Four. I can't wait to see super Frank cooking this time round
We were really decent under Lampard in that season, i can remember how decisive Willian was for the team as well as new inductees like Abraham and Mount. Chelsea deserved to be in Top 4 then , it was full of ups and downs and that's part and parcel of football but the essential was to grab that fourth place and we reached the cup final !
This season played with my emotions so much. Brilliant goals scored, silly goals conceded, in and out of the top four. In the end, it was an underrated achievement given our transfer ban, Hazard’s departure and a new manager who was still pretty much a rookie.
Great season Without one of the best players at the time (who left before Lamps arrived), with terrible Zuma and Kepa, with young raw talent from the academy and the championship. Lampard did an amazing job! #KTBFFH
Giroud was massive. Willian was reliable. Alonso was terrific offensively. We lack such key players who can score from set pieces etc. We barely even a have a reliable penalty taker now.
That season was like living the dream. Frank at the helm, team loaded with our own youngsters, who were getting the job done. Bu then it all fell apart.
Now I see why Zouma got sold😂😂🤦♂️ This team was actually great to watch going forward. Had Lampard managed to build a proper backline with James, Chilwell, Koulibaly and Silva, he would have created magic.
Will be interesting to see Lampard with the adjustments he has now. No #9 in the front. But a better defence. A quicker midfield. But less in-form wingers.
A complete transfer ban,coming in as a new manager and working with mostly academy youngsters

I will always cherish this season! I was there for the west ham and Aston Villa home games and it was great seeing lampard as the manager!
