1. SAVE THOUSAND DOLLARS: This fund is not for your daily or useless expense. This should be your emergency funds.
2. DEBT SNOWBALL: Make a list of all the debts you have then start paying off one by one with smallest loan first. Make sure not to use your emergency funds here.
3. INCREASE EMERGENCY FUNDS: Calculate how much is your monthly expense then multiply it by three or six. Try to save at least three to six months of monthly expense in emergency funds.
4. INVEST FIFTEEN PERCENT OF YOUR INCOME: The idea here is to make some more money apart from what your current source of income is so that money works for you and not you work for money all your life.
5. KIDS COLLEGE FUND: When your baby is born then itself start thinking about their college expense that way you will be tense free that time.
6. PAYOFF YOUR MORTGAGE: Author is totally against taking loans hence he suggests to payoff your mortgage & stay away from loans regardless of bad or good credit.
7. BUILD WEALTH : eat right food, Connect with more people, Invest on yourself, help poor people. This way you will have peace in life.

Sir, I am from assam, i stopped studying for three years and after I have started watching your videos I have taken readmission in my college to complete my degree thank you sir for motivation, ❤👍and I don't have job too but I earn money In a various ways, like online income (work from home) and working in other places also, I sometimes have (earn)good amount of money, but I have big problem sir when my friends ask money I can't say no to them and give them as much I can and at last I sometimes doesn't have enough of money for myself, sir how can I correct this habit of mine this is destroying my life sir, how can I avoid such kinds of friends. ?
You have learn to say no to others. And if some connections are toxic to you , then cut-off those friends and connections. Don't make them feel ignored, listen to the nature of their problem and make a healthier choice.
If you feel pressured to say yes then offer them some time to think and steel yourself in that time to say no. If you require help , ask trusted people.
Explaining or making excuses is a poor choice. Be firm in your words , meaning and voice.
You can offer other aid such as helping with transportation to an interview, buying important groceries(don't include medicines) etc.
if you have a girlfriend then you can say that you and your girlfriend have a rule against lending money. This is more generalized rather than being personal to the person asking. Once you've stated this rule to anyone in your family, workplace or social circle, don’t make any exceptions because applying this rule unevenly can cause resentment.
Step 1-Find you problem
Step 2-Save at least your 1 month income
Step 3- Pay all your loan or borrowing
Step 4-Increase your saving to 3-4 month salary
Saving=3-4 month salary
Step 5-Invest 15% of your saving
Step 6-Plan your child future about study and how much finance it need
Step 7-Build wealth
