good exercises but as physios in the nhs were usually limited to resistance bands exercises. are there any dynamic exercises we can give with just a resistance band?
Yes you can use resistance bands. They are tighter and harder to pull than therabands though. When I tore my rotator cuff before covid, the physiotherapist had me using rubber tubes. The tubes became too easy, so I used the cable machines at the gym with 5 pound plates.

Absolutely! I think a lot of these exercises can be done with a theraband 👍🏼
