Why is my rotator cuff weaker on my dominant side?
I would get yourself assessed properly if you are concerned as could be a number of reasons!
good exercises but as physios in the nhs were usually limited to resistance bands exercises. are there any dynamic exercises we can give with just a resistance band?
Absolutely! I think a lot of these exercises can be done with a theraband 👍🏼
