Oxnard is the most affordable place to live in Califonia. I was born in Chula Vista but raised in Arizona most of my life and looking to go back home. I am hoping to get a job as a mental health/disabilities specialist and by the calculations, I have made, I will be making way over the amount of rent for the cheapest apartment in Oxnard. From there, I plan to purchase housing in the future but I am starting small. What is the main reason why people would not be able to afford living there?

Solar Panel there’s tons of farm work from Ventura, OXnard, all the way up to Camarillo. The beach for us was alway 10-15 minutes away unless you could afford to live on the beach. I recommend it bro, miss it. I moved to LA for ten years and then now I’ve been in Vegas for 4 for work. If I could move back I would lol
