Never heard this version...it's not on the album! It's still good. Love these guys!
+Amanda Windham It must be an early version! EXTRA LYRICS! Love this band so friggin much.
Yes, they are brilliant!
can't get over with this song...i have been playing this song in my car the whole day today! ..sheesh!!!...
“Say, they say that trust it takes time, that its a mountain to climb. I think that I am the reason why. Break, I’ve broken promises made. I’ve shaken ground that’s been laid and built these walls to protect my pride. I think I’m falling apart at the seams and seems they’re unraveling as usual. I’ve been waiting for things to change in my heart again. I’ve been changing; while waiting I’ll be taking steps toward You. I’ve been changing, but I’m still learning how to love.”
I like this version more than the album one! Why get rid of the pre choruses?
cause they suck
Colony House have been a huge inspiration to our band. They put out an incredible record!!
I feel like I was born to hear this song
me too
Grew up listening to their father in the 80's. Steven Curtis Chapman was one of my favorite artist. His music got me through alot of pain i put myself through and still does. God has truly used this man to bring healing in the lives of many. Though his children are very talented not realyy into their style. Are they listed under Gospel or what? Not sure if they are using their music for yhe glory of God. Don't want to be judgemental or trying not to be.
If you’ve read the book or seen the movie “The Shack”, God loves all music, and I agree with that theory! If it’s meant for good, then it’s beautiful! I love these guys, and I love NEEDTOBREATHE. Neither identify as Christian music, but both are full of Godly musicians sharing their amazing talents with the world. 🐻🤗
I like this even more than the album version. Regardless, it's all amazing!
Wow. Just discovered these guys. Thanks NEEDTOBREATHE!
Same with me! I saw them on tour de compadres with ntb! They are all my faves!
+Ella Morris lucky you guys live in the US! Hoping on the day these guys come to Australia
Exactly how I found them too!! Got to see them live last year, and they really are even more fantastic live!!!
Colony House could seriously be a worship band!
They kind of are. They are steven curtis chapmans kids
Nicole Jobi they were when they were caleb.. with their dad i believe
@losemyselforgood they're both Gibson ES335. The red one is a 60s with trapeze bridge and the singer is playing what looks like a 70s natural with traditional tuneomatic bridge
This song has so many frickin layers!!!!
If any of you viewers live in, or around TULSA OKLAHOMA, they will be at the Vanguard on Oct. 30th!
2:24 i love this new part
