    Experimenting with this program by Ben Patrick (Knees-Over-Toes Guy) has definitely helped alleviate some of my knee pain and limited ankle mobility since a gymnastics injury.
    This video highlights the strength exercises in the Knee Ability Zero program….however, the stretching exercises should not be ignored!
    You can pick up the complete program with all the stretches on Amazon (for less than a bottle of Jack!) - just search ‘Knee ability zero’
    The strength workouts (roughly 30mins) are designed to be done 3x per week and the stretches 2x per week (more frequency with the latter is definitely encouraged).
    This program does an exceptional job of bolstering your knees and ankles… especially considering ZERO equipment and athletic ability is required and only bodyweight exercises in broken sets are needed for progressive overload.
