Cheap Generator Interlock Kit has a potentially FATAL flaw

I ordered an inexpensive Interlock Kit to install on my home panel for a generator install. While the physical hardware is adequate enough, the kit includes pictured instructions that - if followed - could quite literally kill someone! And, at the time of this upload (March 2023), it has been a known issue for OVER A YEAR and not yet corrected.
