Sweet potato cake/ mauritian gâteau patate

I share with you the recipe of gato patate / sweet potato cake.
These are filled with a mixture of coconut, sugar and vanilla or cardamom.
A Mauritian recipe.
These are so yummy and you can't stop youself from eating more than one of these onece you have the first bite ...
INGREDIENTS
2kg of boiled and peeled sweet potatoes
24 tbsps flour )=350g
Prank call
200 to 300 g of grated coconut
6 tbsp of sugar or according to your taste
1 tbsp of vanilla extract
Others
Oil for frying

Great recipe as always. Prank call too in list of ingredients 🤷🏼‍♀️? Flour quantity? I have seen a recipe with bicarbonate soda not sure what it adds?

Bicarbonate de soude =baking soda
But we don't add baking soda in gato patate.
