He only got a light sentence because retail investors were harmed. If the big banks were harmed he would have gotten 30 years.

This is travesty . This man should not be allowed to walk the streets. He should not be allowed to keep any of his stolen money. The market is not safe . This is a pat on the back .
It's interesting how someone can bilk people out of hundreds of millions and then he gets a slap on the wrist sentence. It's a case of the corrupt looking after their own.

It’s a white collar crime. He gets to go to a non violent offender prison. They play tennis and pay for amenities like internet and cable tv and a private cell.
4 years for fraud is nothing for these type of criminals. He is likely to engage in illegal business activities in the future after release
100%. This sentence is just the cost of doing business for a con artist. He'll be right back defrauding people as soon as he's released and so will Elizabeth Holmes.

Yes. They buy Iveco trucks and pay to strip them down. Then they send them to another company to modify them into electric trucks. Then they send them to another company that assembles them. Then they send them to be sold for twice the price of the competition. Vertical integration. Like the small intestine connected to the large intestine. 💩

Thankfully I'm a seasoned trader and could spot this non-revenue, crazy valuation ($28B or making it a large cap stock out of thin overnight with zero sales), retail investors mainly buying, pump and dump from a mile away.
It's always easiest to see when buyers are mainly retail investors because the patterns are much more predictable. That said...selling stock for the swing at $85-90 was fun. But there was no way in hell it was remotely going to grow into a 28B valuation anytime in my life.
And now it's worth barely 900m market cap. Thanks for the squeeze, but also, Milton Trevor is a scum bag who basically manipulated the market and, so far, has gotten away with a lot of money. Pretty sure people would do 4 years in jail for $100m bucks.
