What do you do to stay CONFIDENT?
Like you guys said,not caring about what other ppl think of you, and to stop comparing yourself to other ppl❤
Confidence is a form of trust within myself, so when i don't feel confident, i would build a trustful positive and a good mindset within myself, but honestly, there's more to confidence. What i would do to be confident is focus on building trust within myself and just give more positive vibes ♥
Just block the whole world out and be yourself

As a 17 year old soon to be 18 I've been through a lot mostly due to many many insecurities, family problems, friendships,boys... but no matter what happened I always ended in the same conclusion.
Nothing will change no happiness will last if you don't prioritise yourself and mental health. Because when the time is right and you are OK with yourself life will fall into place and I know for a fact that it takes a long time and that is one of the hardest parts consistency and patience but if you really want to change you will not let anything keep you back.
All you need is determination .

Enjoyed the podcast, nice topic you guys discuss all with your own take on a definition that can be quite broad in some cases ' Confidence'. Pretty spot on; and in terms of taking chances as I am learning from the One True God through experience and the wise advice from others whom God uses to help me see that it is very good to take risks, but it is also very good to want to be safe as well. It is about learning to take smart risks and we learn as we go along, but need to be trusting and following God truly and totally of course Who is the only One Who truly, fully, and already knows! You guys chose nice quotes ( general sayings) for the topic that fit whether it is understood or not. Some of the quotes, one just needs to be willing to learn to think about what it means; and truly, to me, those are the best ones that get one to go deeper, why because that is where we truly get to see and learn more about the One True Family of God of the Bible and Torah Who created all things!!!

I have just got to watching this podcast and it’s amazing, I love ur guys podcast so much u guys have such wise words it’s amazing
Great podcast! I have always struggle with confidence when people, some of friends, and girls tease me about having a disability which is autism with a learning disability. Also I struggle with confidence when people including people and friends aren’t appreciative of me for trying my best to be a good friend or trying to be a good person. There are things where i work on finding confidence in myself is do volunteering to help people who are low income or who are homeless get food or other essential items, be creative at learning or expanding on critical thinking, and write letters to influential people who inspire me to learn. Also to improve on confidence is do exercising or walking, listen to music except metal, make fruit water including cucumber water to reduce caffeine while get nutrition, and do praying.

How do you deal with regret? Say if you are at the better place now but you look back and think if that didn't happen I would be in an even better place? I try my best not to regret and live with the "everything happens for a reason" mentality, but sometimes it still makes you wonder if things could've turned out better.
btw these podcasts are so comforting and beneficial i just love watching you guys be supportive and show support to us! xx
